I am loving the learning I have had since I started listening to Esther Perel. I am a extremely new counselling psychologist and looking at learning everything and finding time to be less. This is helping me walk faster and so mindless while I am able to learn from the vast amount of knowledge from Esther. It has been amazing and going to hold on to this new habit that I am so looking forward to holding on to.

I’m a Counselling Psychologist whose still learning (& recently graduated from my post-grad). This podcast is being such a refreshment for me cause I come from a country where its still very stigmatised about mental health & going for therapy. So I’m planning to get out so I can get better experience from a vast population-l where I’ll have to start my licensure.
