Ajitesh remembers to keep his audience in mind as he crafts content for his episodes. He knows they're short on time, that they want it as quickly as possible, and that it has to be useful enough for them to tune in. And since this is a fitness podcast, it has to be fit and lean to attract attention and provide some healthy fruitful takeaways. And that it does--in spades! A podcast that calls out the BS in the saturated fitness industry

So couple of days back, completely confused about deciding what supplements to take while working out, I ended up searching “do you even need nutritional supplements”. That took me to a blog post where I discovered this podcast. And ever since then I have binged over every single episode. Keep up the good work. There is a lot of non sense out there and you are doing a good job of filtering out the noise! Definitely recommend!
