Sarah Södersten and Mattias Skoog have between them over 25years of experience in the hospitality industry. Today, Sarah works as the Patrón Tequila Brand Ambassador, based in Amsterdam and Mattias as the Commercial Activation Manager for the Bacardi portfolio based in Stockholm. In this podcast, each episode focuses around a specific cocktail and spirits category, booze trends from around the world and their so called 'Margarita Memories' about them.

Sarah and Mattias shares memories from times when you'd rather throw away the mint instead of making a Mojito - that's how popular this drink was - all the way to where the Mojito is today - a must have in many cocktail bars around the world.
The fact that pirates and cocktails are related is surprising to say the least and Sarah explains her now famous MOJITO SHOWER!

60ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
25ml fresh lime juice
25ml sugar syrup
about 10-15 fresh mint leaves
50ml Soda water (if you serve it with cubed ice)
Serve in a highball glass using either crushed or cubed ice.
