Everyone on this earth, at heart, wants to connect with somebody. Often, we are afraid to speak our truths, we are afraid to open up and allow other people to see how much pain we have endured. We have been taught to not show emotion or speak about our personal hardships. I believe it is so important that we question our subconscious beliefs and let our guards down in order to collectively come together as humans. My goal is to create a safe space to speak about my own journey and the knowledge I have received through the years. I want to inspire others to be the best version of themselves 💚
