    How to process grief?

    How to process grief?

In this session, we talk about grief. How to cope with grief. Grief is a natural response to loss. It’s the emotional suffering you feel when something or someone you love is taken away. Often, the pain of loss can feel overwhelming. You may experience all kinds of difficult and unexpected emotions, from shock or anger to disbelief, guilt, and profound sadness. The pain of grief can also disrupt your physical health, making it difficult to sleep, eat, or even think straight. These are normal reactions to loss—and the more significant the loss.

My deepest gratitude goes toward you, supporting now and referring this podcast to family and friends to listen. Thank You!

    Selfe Acceptance

    Selfe Acceptance

No matter our disabilities, dissatisfaction, or disturbances, we accept ourselves to live a passionate life.

Consistent meditation reduces anxiety and depression, improves sleep quality, sharpens the memory, and brings an overarching sense of calm and self-awareness. Anyone who meditates consistently actually finds more time in their day to get things done.

Needless to say, meditation revolves around making a firm commitment to taking care of yourself.

You don’t need to spend hours meditating. , 10, 20-minute daily meditation practice is a great start. Even 5 minutes a day can make a profound difference over time. It’s not really how long you sit that’s important, but how regularly and resolutely.

The beautiful music segment at end of this episode is by David Fesliyan and call Tranquility. Thank you for relaxing music.

    Emotions in Meditation

    Emotions in Meditation

When we enter into a state of relaxation in meditation, strong emotions can sometimes come up. This can happen for several reasons. When the mind settles down in meditation, we may become aware of an emotion that has been "under the surface" while we are busy in activity and focused on other things. It may also be that the deep relaxation of meditation causes a kind of "unwinding" or purification so that any emotion that has been held in the body is released. Simply allow the emotions to be there.

    The Wisdom Pause!

    The Wisdom Pause!

What makes the piano sound beautiful Is the silence between the notes

What makes the fire to burn is

The breathing space between the logs

What makes a speech memorable is

    the pause between the words.

What makes life meaningful and magical is

stopping, focusing, and re-evaluating our purpose in life.

We pause in meditation to let go of thoughts and sharpen our attention to the breath. ... In a pause, we discontinue whatever we are doing—thinking, talking, walking, writing, planning, worrying, eating—and become present, attentive, and, often, physically still.

    How to Practicing Pausing (STOP)

    S- Stop. Remember to pause.

T- Take a few breaths. This gives us time to notice the stimulus.

O- Observe your present state without judging it. What are you feeling or thinking at this moment? ...

    P- Proceed with awareness.
