This week we hosted our first ever guest and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to claim the hot spot.

Leyla, Social Media Manager for The Mind Festival – A yearly festival with a focus on mental health and the first of its kind, when it comes to an alcohol free festival and we are here for it.

Leyla is an all around raging millennial. Believer in Astrology, Spirituality and healing of the human condition for the Earth. She has a passion for education which we delved in to and her prime addiction is music. In her words – its her ride or die.

Throughout the episode we discuss all things meditation, mindset & our inspirations.
