Erotic Friend Fiction, Hyper-Hyperawareness, and Insomnia

Erotic Friend Fiction, Hyper-Hyperawareness, and Insomnia

Thank you all for joining me on this, the 47th episode of the FearCastPodcast.

On this episode, I answer three questions! Thank you all you listeners, I’ve been getting more and more questions, so I’m going to give more and more answers!

This episode is eclectic. I first answer a question about HOCD and the fear focusing on attraction to someone’s friends. Next, I talk about hyperawareness when someone focuses on EVERYTHING! Lastly, I discuss some ways you can address insomnia as it impacts someone’s OCD and anxiety (and visa versa).

Thank you all for listening. Please remember to subscribe, like, and write a review.

    TOCD Exposures and Surviving POCD

    TOCD Exposures and Surviving POCD

This was a weird episode to record, not because of the content, but because I had to move my whole studio to make it happen.

I was delighted to answer these two questions. One is about an exposure script for TOCD, or Transgender OCD. The listener asks for a script example like I put together for the HOCD episode a while ago. And because he asked so nicely, I couldn’t resist. I also answer a question about how to deal with POCD. What does one have to do to move forward not knowing whether they will become a pedophile?! I discuss some of those issues.

Thank you all for listening. Please remember to subscribe, like, and review. If you have a question for a future episode, please feel free to message me. If you have further feedback for the listeners, let me know and I’ll add it. Also, if you want to be on the show and share your story, please contact me!

Intrusive Thoughts At Church, and The HOCD/ROCD Venn Diagram

Intrusive Thoughts At Church, and The HOCD/ROCD Venn Diagram

This episode is packed with some great questions! First, I answer a question about dealing with sexually explicit thoughts at church! After that, I talk about the relationship between ROCD and HOCD, or as I call it, the ROCD/ HOCD Venn Diagram. They are kinda like salt and pepper. Yes, you can have them separately, but you very often see them together.

I hope everyone is doing well, and is staying happy and healthy during the pandemic!

“Chesticular” Responses and Compulsive Suicidal Thoughts

“Chesticular” Responses and Compulsive Suicidal Thoughts

Hey there everyone! I’m back with another episode answering your questions as they pertain to anxiety, OCD, and exposure therapy. This episode has some great questions on it, too. First, I answer a question about atypical sensations and whether they still OCD if they are something else. I also answer a question about whether suicidal thoughts can be a compulsion. This second question may be triggering for some, so please use discretion when listening

Thank you all for listening. Remember, if you like the show, please, like, subscribe, and review! Or even better, tell a friend about the show.

I hope everyone has been safe, happy, and healthy during these times.

HOCD is a Libido Killer and Trouble Making Decisions

HOCD is a Libido Killer and Trouble Making Decisions

I hope everyone is doing well during the Pandemic and is staying happy and healthy! I’m back with another episode of the FearCast!

On this episode, I open by talking about the struggle people are having with the stay-at-home orders and the resulting sense of Cabin Fever!

I also answer two listeners questions. The first is about their drop in libido resulting from their HOCD obsessions. Warning: we talk about sex here.

The second question is about making decisions and how to deal with needing the “feeling” of making the right choice.
