Following a successful Kickstarter campaign and debut on ABC’s Shark Tank featuring an investment from the guest judge and former professional baseball player Alex Rodriguez, Slice of Sauce officially launched in 2021.
As the daughter of a Marquette restaurateur, CEO Emily has had a lifelong obsession with food and always had an adventurous and entrepreneurial spirit. Cole’s passion for food also started at a young age, crediting his love of cooking to watching Martha Stewart videos as a child instead of Saturday cartoons. Once Emily and Cole found each other as co-pilots in the kitchen, they knew they were destined for creativity.
When Emily isn’t concocting new recipes and Cole isn’t overseeing production at the manufacturing facility, you can find them chasing the latest fitness fad, going for a trial run, or walking in the park with their dog, Ivy.
