    Why-ahausca?

What's bubblin' moon wives? Bringing you another slightly more pointed episode from our little rock in the Atlantic.

In this episode we talk essential oils, cacao ceremonies, the toxic side of the 'wellness' trend and an update on what Saturn's been brewin'.

Please note: when foraging for mushrooms yourself, be extremely careful as there are many similar mushrooms that can make you seriously sick or, at best, give you an upset tummy and no trip. Obviously, you should make sure you know what the law is like where you are - we don’t encourage anyone to break the law and get themselves in trouble. Always make sure you do plenty of research before engaging in any mind-altering experience as well as foraging for herbs or fungi.

    Secrets of Seiður, pt. 2

[CW: Mentions of attempted suicide, talk of psychoactive drugs]
Before our last published interview, we had a wonderful interview in person with Tanya Lind that we're excited to share with you now! 🌟We recorded this interview back in February, hence it is free of any mention of the current epidemic.  Make sure to listen to pt. 1 before listening to this ❗️

Tanya is a völva, practices both seiður and galdur in a tradition that has been handed down in her family lines for generations. She explains what that means, and what being a völva truly entails, including some insider information about the craft 🤓

Midnight Sun meets Desert Sun pt. 2

[Note: We apologise for the sound quality in this episode, this was the first time we did an interview through Skype and the sound came through pretty badly - there is a repetitive squeak and fuzzy sound throughout the interview. We tried to minimise it as best we could]
This is a continuation of our interview with Edwin, Epi and Geri from The Coven of the Desert Sun, an Arizona based coven that follows the Gala witchcraft tradition. Gala witchcraft is a tradition for queer men to embrace their magic and embody ancient traditions of queer priesthood. Check out the coven on instagram and find more information about Gala Witchcraft on their website 😍
