Day 2: Let’s get out our journal, complete our affirmations and meditation. Today we will play the appreciation game
because what we appreciate, appreciates. This helps the flow of abundance come into our life. Anything we show
gratitude for we get more of. That’s how our beautiful universe works in our favor 3 All day today I would like you to
look at everything and express your appreciation for that thing or person. Example: I appreciate my bed, this water
bottle, my phone, this book, my commitment to self-care, my dad, my kids. Anything and everything, the sky is the
limit, leave nothing out! Then the last thing I would like you to do before bed is look in the mirror place your hand on
your heart and say out loud “I appreciate me, my body, my breath and I love myself”
