Who can we trust with our kids? Surely your sister and her husband, right?  Sadly, no, not in the case of Victoria Harman and her son Luke Hill.  This is betrayal at its core, with one sister ignoring the needs of her nephew, and that nephew and the rest of of his family paying the price.
