Adventures at Witchy Woods Farm Samhain

In this episode we will cover why you would want to raise meat birds, the different breeds of chickens and their functions, and how to set yourself up for success. Whether you are getting 5 birds or 50, you'll want to listen to this episode first. 



Magic water recipe:

1 quart warm water

 1 tablespoon ACV

1/8 cup honey

2 cloves minced garlic



Instructions for fermenting feed:

soak regular feed for three days, strain, and feed.

I use the strained off water to start the next batch of feed. This means I only need to soak the feed for 1 day instead of three days each time.
