I talk about my student Lita saying WOW! and making me laugh. There are stories of me in Nepal, coming eye to horn with a mountain goat and skirting by a cow that takes a steaming pile right in front of me! I also have a few book publishing tips and updates, as well as a few of my run-ins with pro basketball players, like Greg Oden (cool dude!)
