My name is Hadi Yousef. I am an entrepreneur and I love solving problems. In this episode I talk about my experience in the customer discovery phase of building a SaaS company.
Customer discovery is the first main step in the process of building a SaaS product. The goal is to learn as much as possible about the industry/department/job you're building a product for. This is very important because you want to gather as much data as possible before you commit lots of resources to building a product. I never want to be in a position where I'm building something that I don't have full conviction in. The beauty of this step is that, if done right, it would remove a lot of ambiguity from the process of building and selling the product.
