Episode #034 - Two ways to create a clear communication culture

Episode #034 - Two ways to create a clear communication culture

The importance of clear communication to organizational success can't be stressed enough.    Here are two things that you can look at from your own observation or from an outside data source...  What "to do" and more importantly what "NOT to do" when it comes to one-on-one communications.

In this episode of Business Smarts Radio, Tom Borg and Dr. David A. Miles discuss communication on a smaller scale by continuing a series where we discuss components of an assessment-based, data-driven approach to communications and team-dynamics.

Let us know what you think about the two approaches in the comments.

(As mentioned, if you are interested in a complimentary version of the assessment suite that Tom and Dave discuss to see if it is a good fit for your team, message either of them.)

Episode #033 - Finding The "Value to the Organization" for your Team

Episode #033 - Finding The "Value to the Organization" for your Team

Continuing the theme from last episode, Tom Borg and Dr. Dave Miles talk about the importance of identifying the "value to the organization" for your team.

We'll use the example of data taken from an assessment tool, but you can use the same ideas to work with your direct reports and other team members on identifying what each of them brings to the table

Also good to review what you're bringing as the business owner, manager, or executive with them since sometimes we're all looking at the same thing but from different perspectives.

Let us know what you think and how you can use this type of thing in your organization to foster engagement!
