The CFL team had the opportunity to interview Dr Amy Trout, PsyD. She is the founder and executive director of a private practice, Cornerstone Consultants. In our conversation we talked about the growing need for mental health counseling and how the church and ministries like Christian Family Life can get involved.

As we enter May, we touch on a topic that for many years has been pushed to the side, but we recognize it needs to be talked about.
