So many people begin the new year with new goals, new intentions and new desires, but what happens when all of that “newness” wears off or when the thrill is gone? What do you do when you aren’t as excited about starting anymore and you feel stuck in the middle? If you’re going to be serious about reaching the end or achieving your goal, you have to chart the entire journey and you have to gear up for the hurdles, obstacles and challenges that may come your way! You also have to take one day at a time and one step at a time. Our friend, Michelle Glover, joins the conversation to help us understand how we can start strong, but finish stronger! We want to make a good first impression, but we definitely want to leave a lasting impression!

Each day we are blessed to wake up, there is something or someone that competes with our attention, our perspective and our focus. How do we control everything that comes our way and minimize the distractions? We must be intentional and completely conscious regarding the distractions and we must learn to put our mind over anything that is in front of us or around us. Our minds control our bodies and weigh heavily upon our spirits so when we put mind over matter, we can begin to put daily practices in place and remain focused on the road ahead of us. Where is your mind and what truly matters to you? We are starting to settle into 2023, but we all need the right mindset if we are going to make this the best year ever!

It’s a brand new year and we made it! We have a fresh year and you know what that means- you have an opportunity to create a fresh you! Every year, every week and every day truly is a fresh start so let’s use each day of 2023 to focus on being better and doing better. Isn’t that what we did when we spent time on the campus of FreshU in Season 5? Maybe we need a refresher course on why this year it’s more important than ever to focus on our self-love and self-worth this season and to remember why we are here. If you aren’t truly concentrated on giving God thanks and living your true purpose, then you won’t see the success in life you are meant to attain. This can be your best year yet, but it all begins with you. So embrace 2023 and let’s begin today knowing we have a FreshStart waiting for us!

The end of the year is here and it’s hard to believe that we have experienced another 365 days, but we are certainly grateful! Some are rejoicing, others are just happy to put this year to rest; and still others may feel stuck. Maybe 2022 is a blur and all of the prayers you prayed seem to be sitting in the Outbox because God has yet to respond. What do you do when you can’t seem to quite jump fully into your next season? You do whatever is possible to go from stuck to soaring! God is still ordering our steps even when we can’t measure our own progress. Every season won’t be full of massive overhaul, but to every season there is a purpose and as we close this year and enter 2023, God is ready to help each of His children go from stuck to soaring! Let’s go!

What a week it has been! We are still enjoying the most wonderful time of the year because we are enjoying it with you! As we reflect upon our mountaintops and our valleys, we also realize there are seasons in between. How do you handle the in between? How do you navigate the space in between the highs and lows of life? We believe every season is purposeful and every season can be used for your benefit if you navigate it with the correct intent? Dive in and let’s get this conversation started on how to be attentive, productive and courageous in seasons where it seems nothing is happening, but God is actually working to give us an expected end and a finished work!

It’s Season 6 and WE ARE BACK! It’s been way too long and we are so excited to be back with our favorite people during our favorite time of the year! What a year it has been, and the end of the year affords us many privileges including preparing to celebrate the birth of our Savior, spending time with family and friends and reflecting on the highs and lows of the current year. What have been the greatest moments of your year? What have been the lowest moments? I’m a firm believer that when you look in the rearview mirror, you have to see everything in order to get a full view of what shaped you and molded you and it is only then you are able to move clearly forward into the future. Shout from your peaks, pray from your pits and from every vantage point, give God thanks! Let’s get this season started!
