This is a HUGE deal for me guys. I got to sit down with one of my favorite bass players from one of my favorite bands ever. In this first part we discussed CJ's relationship with his fans , how he joined the Marines and ended up auditioning for Ramones, his full circle moment sitting on the plane with the band on his first tour, the dynamics of the band when he joined and his relationship with the band members. CJ was cool enough to do a Part 2 which will come out in the next couple weeks so lookout for that ! I could've asked him a million questions and talked for hours and luckily CJ was a sweetheart of a guy and so open to talking to me about his life and time with Ramones. I couldn't be more grateful to him for taking time out of his day to talk to some random 25 year old kid from the East Coast.

In this episode I had the pleasure of sitting with Niyonu and discussing her extensive experience in the music world and how she came to be a solo artist today. Niyonu touches her listeners on a spiritual level exploring different styles of music along with some very profound and cinematic quality music videos. She is an artist that is inspired by the world around her and is an inspiration to any artist wanting longevity in the music business. This episode I sat down with Heiydan Gradel who has suffered an ongoing migraine since 2014. We discuss how the migraines started , the pain he suffered before the migraines in various parts of his body , his diagnosis of BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) , how this all has effected his Mental Health and also what Heiydan likes to do on his downtime. He hasn't let his conditions take control of him and is taking everything day by day. I really enjoyed hearing about how he is actively planning a block party/concert in his town to give back to the Fire Fighters in the community. He definitely is an inspiring person and I hope you guys enjoy hearing him tell his story. This episode I sit down with rapper Knucky Bambino and Producer CookedByCon to discuss their music, the bond they've created over the years as friends and making music together and really breaking down the writing process when working on new songs. They are not only patient but they're methodical in the way they write and release their music. I liked hearing about Knucky's growth as a rapper over the years and the obstacles he had to overcome in his own head to become the artist he is today. These guys will definitely be back to discuss all things music. Really enjoyed this one so I hope you all enjoy. This episode I sit down with Lee Syatt, formerly know as the Producer and Co-host of the podcast The Church Of What's Happening Now with comedian Joey Diaz. Lee now hosts two of his own podcasts What Was I Thinking? and The Waistline Podcast. I got to ask Lee about how he grew up and some of his earlier work being a Lead Editor for shows like Hell's Kitchen and America's Funniest Home Videos. We touch on some of the guests that stopped by at The Church, his edible intake and what he's been up to since The Church ended this past year.
