Her style is Melodic Techno & Peak Time and Driving Techno and she’s had releases on labels such as SLC-6, Revolt, Kitchen Recordings, SkyTop, Reload Black and many others. Her latest two track EP, “Affection & The Choice” came out in March 2024 on Sunexplosion. Her sets are full of energy, like a storm of beautiful sounds, dynamic grooves and exciting vibes.

Now it’s time for this week’s guest mix and helping me celebrate the Draw The Line’s 6th Birthday it’s Yozé a techno DJ / Producer based in Istanbul in Turkey. Her DJ-ing journey began in her bedroom, moved to her kitchen, to friends' studios, DJ contests at the University of Bogazici and then the DJ booths at Istanbul's finest clubs. In 2023 she travelled to play in Germany, Finland, Vietnam, and Sweden. Her 2024 diary is filling up fast with bookings in Finland, Germany, Sweden, Spain and Turkey. Her tracks have been released by Airborne Black, Animarium, Pure Black and many others. Earlier in 2024 she won the remix contest for “Bell” by Mha Iri which led to a release on Drumcode.

It’s drum and bass this week and helping me Draw The Line it’s Chaos Kitten, a DJ / Producer with Jungle Vibrations and promoter for TruSelf Productions in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. She’s been DJ-ing since 2008 and has evolved and refined her skills as a breakbeat freak and junglist throughout the years. Of her mix she says, “Some years ago, when I found a pack of vinyl rips called "Oinks DNB" with folders for ‘91, ‘92, and ‘93 I was blown away by the raw, fast and experimental breakbeats. This style of jungle had a profound impact on my musical taste, and I’m so happy to share my love and appreciation for early 90’s jungle with this mix”. So stand by for sped up vocals and dramatic interludes.

In late 2020, she learnt to DJ and developed an affinity for hard-hitting techno beats, melodic techno compositions with invigorating vocals, and an indispensable love for Psychedelic Trance. Since her debut, she’s embarked on a nationwide tour throughout Germany and is now expanding her horizons to international venues. She established her own collective, "Abrisskommando," in 2023, which comprises event organizers, DJs, festival/event decoration artists, dancers, and various other creative minds.
