Starting out in traditional employment after leaving school, Natalie spent 10 years working in the finance sector in London but soon found an outlet for her love of media, music and fashion. Time With Natalie is a TV chat show aimed at educating, motivating and inspiring girls and women of all ages and across all countries. This week I am speaking to Theresa Royal Brown about the power of events and how we can network even during a pandemic.   

Theresa is the Event Producer Extraordinaire by trade and produces event experiences with excellence. Her passion is connecting people together from all walks of life through networking. She accidentally fell into speaking and training when someone overheard her giving networking advice to a fellow conference attendee. Now she travels around the country teaching those in the business world the correct way to network to get more clients, a new job or a contract. 

She is known as the “Master” Networker and has recently authored a mini-book entitled “Top Level Connections (30 Tips to Become A Master Networker). This book is a small book but packs a powerful punch and is already getting rave reviews.

In her book, “Not Built to Break” (Becoming Resilient Through Life Challenges), she chronicles the struggles and triumphs on her entrepreneurial path, and how she has overcome.

Ola Otaiku is a software Engineer at Sky. He builds and maintains APIs for their flagship digital products including Sky Go, NOW TV and Peacock, used by millions of customers across the world.  Ola graduated with a Computer Science at the University of Hull in 2018, where he launched Xuntos and co-founded UK Black Tech.
