We live in a realm of duality. Up down. Left right. Hot cold. Day night. The same is true with our emotions.

This is freeing because it means the "bad"-feeling emotions aren't necessarily bad; they are just one side of the duality. Just like the "good" feelings aren't necessarily good; they are just one side of the duality. In this 50/50 world, each emotion has its time and place.
