S1E4: Why Top Photographer Warwick Saint Risked Everything to Align with his Truth

From the outside looking in, Saint had it made. He was making 7 figures, flying around the world doing what he loved most. By all accounts, he had created the life of his dreams. Best of all he had a loving wife and a 2-year-old son who he truly adored.
And Yet his gut was telling him that he was off track. He knew something was off but had no idea what or why.
Who’s Warwick Saint? He’s the guy Nike hires to shoot the advertising campaign for their new Lebron James shoe. He’s the guy Jennifer Lopez hired to shoot her full album package. (He’s crazy good at what he does. You can check out his work on https://thesaintstudio.com, it’s ridiculous.)
Saint joined my first ayahuasca mastermind back in 2012, hoping that ayahuasca and The mastermind support would provide the perspective and insights he sought.
To his surprise, his first night with ayahuasca was, quote, “the worst experience of my life.” It left him feeling shell shocked and with no discernable insights.
Little did HE know that that night was the first step on an epic journey that would utterly transform every aspect of his life, for the better, forever.
Only now, six years later has the journey that started that night come to completion.
In this interview, Saint shares how to turn a mid-life crisis into a mid-life awakening and how to source power from your truth to stay the course even when everyone believes you are crazy.
    Is he crazy?
    Let’s dive in.
In service to your full potential,
    Michael

S1B1: First-Time Founder/CEO Exits Big, What Did Vipassana and Ayahuasca Have to Do With It?

S1B1: First-Time Founder/CEO Exits Big, What Did Vipassana and Ayahuasca Have to Do With It?

During his first ten-day Vipassana meditation retreat “Omi” experienced a profound awakening. This awakening gave him the courage to leave a successful corporate career and found his first tech startup.
A year later he secured one point five million in VC seed funding, and guess what he did next? Much to the surprise of his co-founder and investors, Omi left for another 10 day Vipassana meditation retreat.
The awakenings on his second retreat changed this first-time founder CEO’s view on leadership and company culture. That’s not an unusual result of deep insight. What’s unusual is that his unconventional decisions lead to a very successful exit just five years after the company was founded. He ended up raising over 30 million dollars, replacing himself as CEO, and selling for many times that amount.
In this interview, Omi will explain the role meditation, psychedelics, and maintaining a path of perpetual spiritual awakening played in his ability to win the startup game his first time out.
Because Omi has not participated in my ayahuasca mastermind program, I consider this a season 1 bonus episode.   It’s just too good to wait for season two!
    So let’s dive in.

S1E3: 28 Year old Impact Entrepreneur Dmitriy Kozlov Shares Leadership and Life Lessons From Ayahuasca

S1E3: 28 Year old Impact Entrepreneur Dmitriy Kozlov Shares Leadership and Life Lessons From Ayahuasca

It gives me great pleasure to release this podcast interview with my friend and social impact entrepreneur Dmitriy Kozlov.
We spoke for over two hours and what we covered was so special that I spent a lot of time to carefully distill our conversation into an hour of potent insights, stories and “how to” advice just for you.
Dmitriy has been a committed social impact entrepreneur since the start. At age 22 he co-founded a digital marketing agency focused on serving social impact businesses. At 25 he co-founded Maverick NEXT, a mastermind group for impact-driven entrepreneurs, age 25 and under, who had already built 6 or 7 figure business.
These two ventures are part of his plan to lead an ecosystem of social impact companies doing a billion dollars in revenue by the time he turns 35.
Dmitriy was already aligned with his mission and purpose before experiencing ayahuasca which is why he was surprised and humbled by what ayahuasca taught him about his true mission and purpose.
Now 28, it’s been two years since his first experience with ayahuasca in Peru, and I want to find out what impact it has had on his master plan.
A deeply vulnerable interview, we both have a few butterflies in our stomach at the thought of sharing aspects of our lives that are so close to our hearts publicly.  Perhaps the most unique topic is something I had never considered doing. Dmitriy teaches me how to use love as a guiding principle for making business decisions. He also shares how ayahuasca taught him how to resolve the inner conflict between his commitment to living a life of purpose and desire for exceptional wealth.
Which has me wonder, does he still want to be a billionaire by age 35?
    Let’s find out.

S1E1: Leadership Lessons from Ayahuasca: Founder/CEO Henrik Zillmer, of Airhelp.com, shares how he benefited.

An atheist’s first ayahuasca experience causes a spiritual awakening that liberates him and transforms his business.
Henrik Zillmer went from comedian to Lieutenant in the Danish army, Only to reach a dead end as a successful corporate executive.
Following his call to adventure at 28, he left the corporate world behind and Began his journey as a serial entrepreneur.
Through Y-Combinator he launched his most recent company, AirHelp, which for the last 4 years and with only $17 million in VC funding Has averaged 200% year over year growth.
    But there was a problem.
Henrik’s leadership style mirrored what he had learned in the military— To command, control and win at any cost.
He relied on harsh criticism as a way to motivate his employees which worked, up to a point.
