Nobody's going to apply to a job that they don't know what it's going to pay. If you don't want to put your pay out there, take a hard look at what you're paying.  Darin Williams: What advice? Do your homework. Oh, the information's out there. Don't just take the first job offer. I mean, the first one you get might be the best. But take a look, and do your research.
