#Episode 213: Fake Positivity Vs Effective Reflection

Fake positivity can cause you to ignore places within yourself that need attention.

Effective reflection is developing the skill of focusing on the “negative” and “positive” aspects of yourself from a calm, centered, and clear space.

It’s not beating yourself up over and over again.

It’s not focusing on only the “positive” aspects of yourself.

It’s about setting your emotions and programming to the side for a moment and analyzing your world from a different perspective. As if you’re someone else looking down at your life.

You’re looking at what’s working. What’s not working? How can you change your perspective or habits to excel? What can you eliminate?

This takes practice but is worth its weight in gold.

A skilled coach can help you with the process as well, as along as you’re allowing it and fully participating. A.k.A you’re coachable.

What are you creating in the next 12 months? What area of your life do you want to grow the most? (Career, finances, health, relationships) Tony Mitchell
