Episode 3: Going from Surviving to Thriving w/ Tiffany Johnson Makeup and Mindset

    • Moda e bellezza

Join me for episode 3 of Makeup & Mindset where I sit down with Tiffany Johnson, a 10 year breast cancer survivor. She is the middle child of her loving parents Aubrey and Wardean.  The mother of two wonderful daughters, Gabrielle and Giselle. As well as wife to Benard.  Back in 2009, at the tender age of 29, her life changed forever.  Tiffany was diagnosed with invasive stage 2B breast cancer, despite no previous family history of breast cancer.  She underwent a double mastectomy, six rounds chemotherapy as well as several treatments of radiation.  Her family and a determination to win the fight helped her to push forward.  Upon completing treatment, Tiffany decided to become an advocate for breast cancer as volunteer educator for Kohl’s Conversations for the Cure.  Despite her tumultuous journey Tiffany remains determined to fight, faithful in God, and hopeful that one day a cure will be found.
When she is not working, Tiffany loves to read, travel and spend time with her family.
On this episode we are talking about the mindset Tiffany needed to tap into in order to beat breast cancer. She takes us on her journey from diagnosis to survivor and the highs and lows of that emotional ride.
