Episode 3 - My Battle With Depression Reach For The Stars

This week is suicide prevention week, I decided I wanted to speak out this week about my battle with depression in hope to help others especially young people in knowing that you're not alone, you can make and change and it won't be that way forever. It was so hard to talk out about it as I literally don't know how to explain and describe it. I appeared to have it all a good job, manager roll at 17, looking happy all the time, supportive friends and family, working on the qualifications for the job I want, I still felt alone and masked everything away.
