    My hope is to create a community of commonality with Field Service Technicians. To share the joys of being out there on the open road, not strapped in an office flying a desk all day. Perhaps to share a nugget or two to stimulate our thinking in order to become a better version of ourselves in our own industry.  I'd like to discuss issues and successes, processes and relationships, and how CX implementation is being carried out at your work.

    As Field Service Techs, we interact with people all the time, and our relationship with the customer has a lasting impact and impression on our company. We always respond in such a way that will cause that relationship to thrive or not. To make it thrive is intentional. 

    I.T. Field Techs, Copier Printer Repair Techs, Communications, Satellite, Low voltage cabling, Security and Alarm Systems, HVAC, Heavy Eq Techs, Restaurant Equipment Techs, Elevator Escalator Machinist, Healthcare BioMed Techs and Engineers, .....etc.
