Anat Shperling is co-founder of Toya, and an experienced social entrepreneur and developer of programs for female empowerment. In 2004 she founded the Women in the Picture Association in Israel, leading a change in the status and representation of women filmmakers; the association’s flagship project was the International Women’s Film Festival. Anat also serves as the chairperson of the film repertoire committee at the Israeli Ministry of Education.

Currently Jules is founding director of Avon Mutual, a new community bank for Bristol, Bath, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire in the west of England.
