Episode 746 - Adam Schefter is a First Class Father and Legendary Sports Reporter.  He is the Senior NFL Insider at ESPN where he has worked since 2009.  He has been covering the NFL since 1990 and is the go-to resource for NFL Fans, 13 million of which follow him on Social Media.  

I met up with Adam in NYC for an in-person interview.  He is promoting his partnership with Sanofi on “The 1 Pledge” Movement to encourage early testing for Type 1 Diabetes.  

In this Episode, Adam shares his Fatherhood Journey which includes a son and a daughter.  He discusses how he became an instant dad when he married his wife whose first husband died in the September 11th attacks.  He describes the feeling of watching his daughter follow in his footsteps behind the mic interviewing NFL players.  He talks about the importance of testing early for Type 1 Diabetes, which is a condition that his wife has. Episode 745 - Billy Dee Williams is a First Class Father and Legendary Actor.  He is well known for portraying Lando Calrissian in Star Wars.  He first appeared as Lando in The Empire Strikes Back in 1980 and reprised the role in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker in 2019.  Billy Dee Williams starred as Gayle Sayers in the smash hit TV movie Brian’s Song and also played Harvey Dent in Batman.

Episode 744 - Trey Brunson is a First Class Father who competed on The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On.  The Ultimatum is a dating reality TV show in which features couples on the verge of getting married.  Each couple had eight weeks to decide whether they will get married or split up forever.  Trey competed on Season 2 and issued the Ultimatum to Riah Nyree who accepted his proposal.

Episode 743 - Chris Johnson is a First Class Father and Legendary NFL Running Back known as CJ2K.  Chris was drafted in the 1st round of the 2008 NFL Draft by the Tennessee Titans after playing his college football at East Carolina University.  His 40 yard dash time at the NFL Combine, 4.24 seconds, was the fastest time ever recorded at the time.  Chris rushed for over 1,000 yards every year he played for the Titans including his 2,000 yard season in 2009 when he set the all time NFL record for most yards from scrimmage in a single season.  He went on to play for the New York Jets and Arizona Cardinals before retiring in 2017.

Episode 741 - Andre Ward is a First Class Father and World Class Boxer.  He retired from boxing in 2017 with an undefeated record of 32-0.  Ward held world championship titles in both the Super Middleweight and Light Heavyweight divisions. He was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2021. Prior to turning pro in 2004, he won the Gold Medal in the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens representing the United States of America in the Light Heavyweight division.  Ward starred in “Creed” and “Creed II” as Danny “Stuntman” Wheeler.
