Considering the 2016 female led film was regarded negatively, we wanted to see what set Afterlife apart from the other attempt to relaunch the franchise.

Tubi announced a Wynonna Earp movie. Warrior Nun has been saved as a movie trilogy. We wanted to shine a light on another show that was renewed, but then Amazon dropped it without a second thought. We covered A League of Their Own in 2022. The series has become a cult hit and showcased diverse representation. Because of this, we felt it would be a good time to re-air that recording.

Madame Web had the potential to connect all the spider-verse movies together. It could have used the name talent and propel forward a well thought out story. While some feel the film is horrific, we disagree. The web set up was perfectly symmetrical in its beauty... and Sony smashed it.
