The Southern California Research Lodge has published Fraternal Review for over six decades, providing Masonic education and information to its readers. Each issue is dedicated to a specific topic such as Masonic symbols, history, and lore.

Fringe Masonry 2 with Angel Millar
A little over eighteen months ago, we published the first issue of the Fraternal Review dedicated to “Fringe Masonry.” There, we provided a basic overview of esoteric Orders (from the Egyptian Rite of Freemasonry to the Asiatic Brethren) that claim, in one way or another, to connect to regular Freemasonry. In this, the second issue dedicated to the subject, we have gone deeper into ritual and the “magical” methods of non-Masonic esoteric Orders, especially where they have borrowed from the Masonic Craft.
