#253. We don’t care how much the ladies make fun of us. Sheds are exciting. We do, however, love both our sheds and our ladies. We even love our neighbor’s sheds. But we are happy to stick to celebrating our own wives and mothers.  Happy Mother’s Day! We share our weekend events which included some fun outings and some heavy lifting. #252. Like any good daytime talk show, we dive into the nuances surrounding our culture. Star Wars Day seems to be running wider than it used to and we’re all about it. It’s even made its way into Dillon’s fridge. There’s a new sunflower seed brand aiming to take down the big boys, and all kinds of things are finding their way into ranch. The Midwest couldn’t be happier, but we do ask why cheese needs to be a part of it. After the break we talk a bit about what we’re looking forward to this summer. Kory apparently has Maui friends now. Then we get into streaming and playing with LEGO as Dillon gives us a tour of the Daily Bugle. #251. Maybe your windows are weeping because bees are nesting in them. But it’s ok because the American innovative spirit has invented screens. Also in American history, did you know that dinner used to be supper? Lunch used to be dinner. And now we’re learning you can potentially have all three in the same day depending on timing. As if meal time wasn’t complicated enough. We’re still trying to decide if hot dogs and tacos are sandwiches. We then take a brief time-out to hear from some of our friends in the network. #250. We’ve reached a milestone! And we’ll get to that, but first: Old English Calligraphy. We take the brave approach and ask the questions nobody wants to ask out loud. Speaking of such questions, we also discuss whether you go thoughtfully cheap or extravagantly selfish when someone else is picking up the dinner bill. Then it’s on to the podcast stats as we look into what we’ve accomplished against the rest of the podcast world in our almost five year history.  After the break we talk about the feeling you get when you see your favorite film or tv franchises come to a close. #249. If you’ve got it, flaunt it. If you don’t, buzz it down and wear a hat. You don’t want the Myrtle Beach sun burning your scalp. May we suggest a nice ball cap featuring your new favorite minor league baseball team to cover your dome while you begin your spring-time lawn care maintenance? Dust the mower off, tame the jungle, then put it away in your new shed while you head inside for some fresh lemonade made in a mason jar. As you pour from the jar, be sure to try the spoon trick we just learned. After a break, it’s time to see what sports are in season now that football and March Madness are over.
