Gerardo shares the extraordinary story of negotiating the sale of a high-profile Italian soccer club and how the experience of the deal almost falling through at the 11th hour unexpectedly led to the realisation that the path he was on was not fully aligned with his humanity or his true calling.

Today, Gerardo is working as an international leadership coach with the purpose of humanising leaders and organisations. He embodies a playful, positive and contagious energy and is a leader who is committed to ‘playing big’. During our conversation, Gerardo explains how his latest creation, a performing arts show ‘Out As Humans’, is changing the way leaders make important decisions.

Gerardo studied Business Economics is Milan, and also holds a Masters of Law from the London School of Economics.
