She believes that our current administration seems to forget that certain parts of Harford County exists....particularly Joppatowne (where she's from) and Edgewood. And while that may be true, she pointed out that she's running for ALL of the people of Harford County.

Carlos Taylor is running for Harford County State’s Attorney.
He’s not happy with the opioid epidemic and plans to put it at the top of his list if elected.
