It was a joy to be able to catch up with my friend, Desirée Dillon!   Desirée is an actress based out of New York City, but her hometown roots are in Miami, Oklahoma.   She has performed professionally with theaters, operas, and symphonies- most recently portraying the role of Mrs. du Maurier in the national Broadway tour of Finding Neverland, before the show had to prematurely close due to COVID-19. 

Desirée is radiant light on and off the stage, and she uses the gifts the Lord has given her to encourage and edify others.  For over a decade, she has set an example for me of what it looks like to model Spirit-filled strength, humility, and generosity. Join us for our conversation about our love for showtunes, following God's plan even when we don't see exactly where He's leading, and living lives with open hands, not closed fists.

Shannon Rodenberg is the pastor of the First United Methodist Church in Fairland, Oklahoma.  She's one of my dearest friends in vocational ministry, and I love getting to catch up with her any chance I can get.  I greatly appreciate her heart for serving God and His people in rural communities.

I'm so happy I was able to sit and chat with Olivia Loghry last week.  I love Olivia's heart for the Lord and His children.  She selflessly serves in various capacities, and in several ministries and organizations, so that kids and their families can be introduced to Jesus and are reminded of the truth of how much God loves each and every one of them.
