Lindsey Nadler and Rebecca connected a long time ago through the anti-trafficking community. Lindsey has been an entrepreneur since the age of 16. She has a diverse background: college athlete, law enforcement, business owner, and non-profit. All of this is part of her journey, being willing to pivot and learning to chase the call of God and just go for it. She now helps women through life and business coaching, helping them figure out what they are passionate about so the can run after it.

Today, Rebecca welcomes Caitlin Zick as her guest. Caitlin shares with us the vulnerability of seeking professional help and allowing it to transform her life, and it's not over yet. This is a lifelong process and it takes intentionality and work. There is no shame in seeking professional help to discover your truest self.
