    David Delaney

    David Delaney is the Group Chief Executive at IPSX and is responsible for leading the business and developing the Group strategy. David served as a Non-Executive Director on the IPSX Group Board between February 2019 - July 2019, and joined from fintech communications company VoxSmart, where he was Chief Commercial Officer for two years focused on customer engagement and driving sales. Prior to that, he was Head of Strategic Clients and Solutions, EMEA at Thomson Reuters for just over three years, managing a $1 billion book of business. Before Thomson Reuters he spent more than 25 years at Credit Suisse – latterly as Global Head of Fixed Income Sales for interest rate products – and Barclays Bank Plc.

    Oliver Light

    Oliver leads on Real Estate at Carbon Intelligence, with over eight years of experience delivering ESG services to real estate investors and large corporate occupiers. Oliver is focused on accelerating a zero-carbon economy and has helped to implement several net-zero strategies over the past year. Decarbonisation programmes have included initiating a smart building programme that won over 15 awards in 24 months. Oliver also recently joined the BBP REEB Benchmark and AREF ESG Committee and will participate in several collaborations this year with IPSX, the UK-GBC, and GRESB. Oliver has several ESG qualifications, including the RESET air quality certification.

    Alex Green

    Alex is an Assistant Director at the British Property Federation (BPF) and has experience of working in the real estate industry for over 6 years. Alex joining the BPF’s policy team in January 2018 to lead on sustainability, development, and healthcare policy, engaging closely with government departments including BEIS, MHCLG, and HMT. He has previously worked in communications, community consultation, and political engagement for a broad range of property industry clients, working as part of project teams delivering mixed-use, residential, commercial, healthcare, and retail developments.

    Paul Gehres

    Paul Gehres is the Sustainability Programme Manager at British Land and is responsible for ESG reporting. He has spent 30 years working in European capital markets including investment banking roles at NM Rothschild, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, JP Morgan Cazenove and Stifel Nicolaus, as well as undertaking a secondment to the UK Takeover Panel. He has also been Head of UK Capital Markets for ING Real Estate, and more recently he was Head of Corporate Finance at M7 Real Estate where he set up and ran the alternative lending platform, Tunstall Real Estate.     Chris is a Corporate Financier with over thirty years’ experience in the Corporate Finance Departments of integrated banks Kleinwort Benson and Charterhouse and Head of Corporate Finance at Teather & Greenwood. As Director of Fund Management, he oversaw the establishment of the VISTA UK Residential Real Estate Fund and is a member of the Real Estate Investment Executive and the HREIM Board. Ben has significant experience of investing in global real estate equity and debt instruments. Prior to this, he was fund manager of the M&G Global Real Estate Securities Fund and managed UK Prudential’s global real estate securities exposure.     Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets, Roger Clarke, has been a Senior Advisor to IPSX Group since January 2019. He now joins the business full time. Roger has extensive experience in corporate transactions, particularly in equity capital markets but also in M&A and restructuring, with a specific sector focus on Real Estate. Roger joins from M7 Real Estate, where he was Head of Corporate Finance, with responsibility for executing significant corporate transactions. Previously he was Chief Executive of Tunstall, M7’s wholly owned subsidiary focused on alternative lending. Prior to joining M7 Roger spent 20 years working in the European investment banking industry, including roles at NM Rothschild, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, JP Morgan Cazenove and Stifel Nicolaus, as well as undertaking a secondment to the UK Takeover Panel.

    Mat Oakley

    Mat Oakley is head of UK & European commercial property research at Savills. His primary areas of expertise relate to office, retail and leisure real estate, and he regularly advises investors and developers on opportunities and risks across these and other markets. Mat has been researching, analysing and occasionally correctly forecasting the commercial property market since the late 1980’s.

    Neil Sinclair

    Neil has over 50 years’ experience in the property sector. He was a founder of Sinclair Goldsmith Chartered Surveyors which was admitted to the Official List in 1987 and subsequently merged with Conrad Ritblat in 1993, when he became Executive Deputy Chairman. Neil was appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Baker Lorenz, surveyors in 1999 and which was sold to Hercules Property Services plc in 2001. He was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Tops Estates plc, a fully listed company, in 2003 and remained so until it was sold to Land Securities plc in 2005. He was one of the founders of Mission Capital plc, now Watchstone Group plc, which was admitted to AIM in 2005, and was Executive Chairman until February 2008.     Chris Luck is a Partner in the Funds and Indirect Real Estate team. His main focus is in the real estate and financial sectors for UK and International clients. Transactional activity includes M&A, joint ventures and listing real estate companies as well as setting up and acting for investors in real estate funds.
