    Glass shattering moment

    Glass shattering moment

I'm starting to think that I've experienced a glass shattering moment about the world since the pandemic. Others might refer to this as the red pill - the terminology used for The Matrix fans. I realise I no longer hold mainstream views about the world around us. And it's terrifying, aligning myself with the 'crazies', the 'tin foil hat' wearers.

The big one for me is my faith in public health policy. It's the conflation of science and the facts, and the glass shattering as I realise we can't possibly know it all. Therefore, why are people being prevented from open discussion about potential solutions.

We have become complacent - thinking we know everything there is to know as humans. The need for order in a world of chaos makes us unwilling to engage with disorder.

We should start to believe we can control things outside of our immediate thoughts. We need to start to believe this and take action, or else we will end up in the dystopian nightmare which is literally right at our doors.

    Science isn't science

    Science isn't science

Albert Einstein once said “The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them and do nothing.”

Scientific 'consensus' is the language used now when we talk about 'following the science' or 'trusting the experts.'

Scientific consensus and trusting the experts is not science. It is political and not based on a large swathes of data, but rather what people are being told to believe based on the powerful levers at the high levels of government health policy and the World Health Organisation (WHO), who often have vested interests in preventing actual science from occurring.

This is the sorry state of affairs we are currently at when dealing with COVID-19. Trusting the experts has only led to the spread of lies on three key facts we have all been trying to understand for the betterment of our own lives and those around us:

    1) Origin of COVID - lab leak vs natural virus hypothesis

    2) How to prevent COVID - the changing guidance on masks

    3) How to eradicate COVID - vaccines vs ivermectin
