DJ's Matty Miller and Billy Morris return under their Dundee Social Club guise to celebrate winning their legal battle to keep their name.
This is a special DDE warm up party and we're bringing along our honorary DSC member Tom Simpson (former Snow Patrol) for the night.
Tom, Matty and myself all played for Dundee Social Club football team for a few years together from under tens.
At an after party, Matty and I got together and suggested DSC would be a good name for a night and the night was born. Made sense to get Tom involved too. Pretty unique to find three guys who became DJ's who all played in the team before I would say.

Another instalment of our new brand Dundee Social Club, back at Temple Lan Bar.
A great night where we again had a chance to move through the musical genres to an appreciative crowd.

Dundee Social Club is a new night from Dundee duo Billy Morris and Matty Miller.
After chatting at a party, they decided to come together and create this new brand in order to play out their shared love of old skool, 80s groovers, funk, soul, house and just about everything in-between.
The name comes from a football team that they both played in together for from the age of 9. They are playing in Dundee, it's a social activity and they play in clubs, so it kinda made sense.
The new night has been going from strength to strength, playing in bars and events around town.
This was our debut in Temple Lane Bar, which went so well they've asked us to be monthly residents.
This is part 2 from that night, starting off early with a chilled vibe, some funk and soul and a sprinkling of Prince, leading up to some old skool classics and the odd guilty pleasure.
