POSTCAST: Phillies COMEBACK to beat the Rockies, 8-4!

The Philadelphia Phillies came back to beat the Colorado Rockies 8-4 Saturday night thanks to a gutsy performance by Aaron Nola and clutch offense from Garrett Stubbs, Bryce Harper and Edmundo Sosa!

Segment 1: THREE BIG THINGS: 1) The Phillies don’t win tonight without the contributions of Garrett Stubbs. Was clutch with the bat and on the bases and even provided some solid defense! 2) Bryce Harper is red hot! And YES! the Phillies would have won if he wasn't EJECTED in the 1st inning of game one of this series. 3) Aaron Nola battled it out tonight despite throwing a lot of pitches early. Was at 82 pitches at the end of the 4th inning.

Segment 2: Why were the Phillies allowed Dakota Hudson to look like a seasoned vet? Hudson has struggled all year and the Phils were hacking at his stuff tonight with no patience. - Check the Shows YouTube Chat.

Segment 3: Phillies go for another series win Sunday afternoon at 3:10 in Colorado. Ranger Suarez gets the start against Cal Quantrill!

POSTCAST: Phillies Fall 3-2 in 11 innings to Rockies!

The Philadelphia Phillies lost to the Colorado Rockies 3-2 in 11 innings Friday night. Solo home runs from Nick Castellanos said Edmundo Sosa had grabbed the Phillies 2-1 lead heading into the bottom of the 9th in Colorado. Jose Alvarado blew the save allowing a 2-out solo homer to Jacob Stallings.

The Phillies had their chances in the 10TH and 11th innings but couldn't bring home a go ahead run.

Gregory Soto surrendered the game-winning RBI single to Ezequiel Tovar with 1 out in the 11th.

Segment 1: THREE BIG THINGS: 1) HOW THE HECK does home plate ump Brian Walsh throw Bryce Harper out for that in the 1st inning! Harper entered this game batting .349 with a .436 on base percentage in 31 career games at Coors Field. Would have been nice to see him get three or four more plate appearances in this one run ball game. 2) Jose Alvarado and Gregory Soto got GOT in this one. 3) Why didn’t Thomson put Clemens at 1st for Harper? Why not let the Red Hot Sosa hit in the 10th?

Segment 2: Some good in this game Castellanos HR, JT’s Hit Streak and Sosa staying hot at the plate - Checking the show’s YouTube Chat.

Segment 3: Phillies and Rockies back at it Saturday Night at 9:10.
