Delayed start to the audio.*** "Closing a chapter, opening another," echoed the insightful words of Coach Dave Rubio, a celebrated volleyball coach and a beloved figure in the University of Arizona athletic community. With his retirement, the prominent volleyball figure ended an impressive 31-year-long tenure at the collegiate level. Still, rather than retiring his passion for the sport altogether, Rubio refocused his energy towards the foundation of volleyball, youth development, and grassroots coaching.

Dinuba native, COS and Fresno State alum and Atlanta Braves pitcher (well known for starting the 4th game in the 2021 World Series), Dylan Lee, talks with Coach Job about how his faith and humble beginnings has been the driving force behind his success in not only baseball but life. Lee has also been proactive in giving back to his community and the Valley through his nonprofit Leaders and Lures where he inspires change positive action.
