Gratefulness

I am really grateful I found this podcast in this very challenging period of my life. Stephanie’s podcast has helped me to find more clarity and space in my thoughts. To better understand me and the other person. And above all during the moments I fell extremely anxious, or even lost, her voice reminds me the strength that I have inside and helps me to stay connected, present within myself. The sense of empowerment that I have through this podcast is invaluable: the ability to recognize, understand and value my own feelings and needs, to stay grounded - the awareness, that no matter what, I will be able to stand on my own feet. Thank you Stephanie.
