The American Academy of Pediatrics now recommends that babies have exclusively breast milk for the first six months of life, and that families need more support. Not every mom will be able to breastfeed or choose to breastfeed, but doctors now say that breastfeeding is the best choice. Let's talk about it!

There is a big difference between what we see on social media versus what real life looks like as a parent. Social media will show some parents as having it 'all together', but that's not real life!
