Rafael's Big Talks EP 61 : Challenged myself to go a month without pot
Hello all, for the last couple of weeks I went through a challenge by abstaining from weed from March 19th until April 19th. For this edition EP 61, I will share with you some of the things I realized and what I've experienced during this journey. One thing I plan on doing for sure is implement this challenge (no pot) for next month (May) and also go through a dry month (no alcohol) it may seem daunting at 1st but it is possible, just can't get lost in the noise.

Imagine yourself as a Stock. Your name is the ticker, your physical/mental self as the brand, and the people around you and the habits you do in life will determine whether your stock will rise or crash. The way how you make sure your stock will rise or crash is by the executive decisions you make in life. Which makes you the CEO of your own life. It is time to make "tough executive decisions" in your life in order to take power back into your own hands just like a CEO would for their own business except this time it is you in charge of your own life. It may seem tough in the beginning; but in the end your stock will be bullish for a very long time. It is time to take a deep look into your friend group, the habits/activities you partake in, and the way how you treat yourself.

RBT EP 57 : The Power of Going Out On Your Own
You ever been out with your group of friends and you see a restaurant that you want to try; or lets say your in a bar or club setting and you see someone who you want to know whether for business/networking reasons or looking for a friendship/relationship; or there's an intriguing spot in the city that you want come in and check it out; Unfortunately whenever we are out with a group of people we can never get our way all the times since the consensus may work against your favor. I am here to tell you that 10/10 times when you are out on your own you have full autonomy to visit or see any spot in the city or meet as many people as you want. Sure whether or not you may like the spot after giving it a shot or the person you meet may or may not be in a mood to network or build some type of bond; regardless of the results, you have exercised your own freedom and power to take the initiative and take yourself on that adventure. I am here to tell you the benefits of taking yourself out on an adventure.

Rafael's Big Talks Ep 56 : Back from my hiatus!!!!
It been a long time coming but I am finally back for good into the world of podcasting. First and foremost I hope all of my listeners have been kicking life's ass and continuously striving day in and day out. Life has been a transition for me from getting educated by professors to now "life" being my permanent teacher in this game of life. For today's episode I would love to fill you in the things going on in my life and the drastic changes from living on campus to living with my parents. We will also discuss how we must begin to seek validation for our own self instead of trying to get it out of your parents.
