Real Suburbia Megan and Carlos

In this episode, we reflect on 90's nostalgia, yet again. But this time, shit gets real as we look back and discuss exactly how bad things really were! This hits hard for Carlos, especially, who proclaims yet another American pop icon as his personal Jesus Christ. Megan dissects the true puzzle pieces behind a fighter pilot's cockpit, the derailment of women's rights for our generation, and gets picked on a little less for her supporting arguments. Ryan remains in true form, picking on Megan for basically...all the things, identifies Carlos's ass as "nice," and all the meanwhile, earns yet another nickname proclaiming his role in Suburbia. In spite of Megan's attempt to set a podcast "agenda," classic Real Suburbia derailments ensue and a dumpster fire of personal stories, emotions, opinions, and epiphanies erupt in this latest episode. Carlos, Ryan, and Megan discuss the rampant sexism in Top Gun, Carlos's famous (and first) weatherman penis meme, high school reunions, and the blatant chauvinism in alcohol advertising. Don't worry, there's so much more unnecessary commentary on random things you never thought you'd think about again. The Warrior Poet of Suburbia, aka The Suburban Warrior poet (neighbor Ryan Lee), returns to trash Megan & Carlos's 1990's movie and music picks. Kid Rock is solely responsible for Carlos's biggest life lesson, Ryan explains bosom flashing to his 8 year old son on Good Friday, and Megan tells the story of how she walked around for years without realizing her first tattoo was a company's logo.
