I created this Podcast to give legal information to Indian Citizens about their rights and duties. A layman cannot understand the complicated laws therefore, i endeavour to provide such information in plain language to the Citizens.

Right against illegal detention
If right to move freely anywhere is violates without sufficient reasons then the victim is liable to claim compensation.

A person also be injured by a statement. If an untrue statement bring down the reputation then it is a tort which could compensate.

A person has a right to get bail if the offence is classified as bailable in specific Act. A Magistrate is bound to give bail in bailable offences if the bail bond furnished properly.

Registration of FIR in India is still a difficult thing but having proper awareness about your right can make process easy.

If a person get injured or damaged property due to Governments’s departments negligence then the state is liable to pay compensation except it is under Sovereign Power of the state.
