Kimkoei ,

dharma talks to support your practice

The Dharma talks from The SFZC are brilliant! Every one of the teachers is a skillful speaker. Their insight earned over many years of meditative practice, and shared here for us all to hear, really helps me to live my life in a compassionate and patient way. Their podcasts are an inspiration and support to my practice as a Zen Buddhist as well as providing wise guidance for daily living. Above all, I am grateful to theses extraordinary teachers for making their work available because living in Italy my access to English language Dharma talks is restricted to the web. Definitely a treasure.
