In this episode, she shares her truth about growing up in Nigeria and then coming over to North America as a teenager. Not until then did she realize that the world saw her as a black woman. Ochuko shares why it is important to market to the psychographic and not demographics. Sometimes we come across people we know will change the world. Meeting Ochuko is one of those people for me! About Your Host Réland Logan

As a multi-racial woman, I have experienced frustration in how I have seen myself, friends and family presented in marketing and the media. It is time for us to grow past this and acknowledge that the so-called "minority" is the majority and filled with untapped potential! By tapping in we have the ability to truly grow a more inclusive world.

I am the Founder of the Pineappletribe she is the owner of Gray Digital Mktg. 2020 was a pivotal year for me when she lost my job due to COVID and decided to dive in deep to help entrepreneurs, coaches, and influencers take the timesuck out of social media and turn it into a scroll-stopping moneymaker.

I want 10,000 entrepreneurs and influencers to experience having fun, relaxing, and most importantly making money through their social media marketing. So many of them are waking up staring at the computer wondering what to post and if it will reach their ideal audience, but not knowing how to reach them, what platform and so much more. Social Media becomes anxiety-inducing that people begin to hire agencies that take away from your voice and you lose money.

It’s time to take the time-suck out of social media and become excited to create your scroll stopping money maker. Where you are energized from interacting with your audience, having fun creating content for them, and most importantly supporting your dreams and your family. We all deserve the chance to inspire others and grow our business for us and our family!
