The Anxiety Project Podcast is your go-to resource for overcoming anxiety, hypochondria (health anxiety), trauma, and agoraphobia, naturally. During my childhood and into my twenties, I struggled with an anxiety disorder that completely held me back from living a fulfilling life. After many years of struggle and eventually reaching rock bottom with agoraphobia, I finally had enough and decided to create a whole new identity for myself. I studied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, NLP, found a coach, rid myself of bad habits, released repressed emotional memories, and pursued through incredible resistance in order to reach my higher self.
Now, as a Cognitive Behaviorist and NLP Master Practitioner, I aim to offer honest content that provides informative and relatable information about the many areas of anxiety. My mission is to provide a structured step by step approach to overcoming anxiety and sensitization naturally (through CBT and NLP practices) and build an honest and trustworthy rapport with those who seek help for their life challenges.

TAPP #149 - One Symptom Leaves, Another Appears
On this episode, I talk about the cycle of anxiety and why it never seems to get any better. One of the biggest confusions anxiety can produce is the constant appearance of new bodily symptoms after others disappear. I then go over what the solutions are to this vicious cycle.
TAPP #148 - Healing From Trauma
On this episode, I talk about past highly emotional events and how they keep you stuck in a strong reflective loop. This constant re-living of the experience can leave someone in constant threat detection mode. This then compromises their health and relationships. I then guide you through a powerful meditative exercise for healing these past traumatic moments at the end of the episode.
TAPP #147 - Anxiety Symptoms, Morning Anxiety, Thoughts On Death | Q&A
On this episode, I answer your questions! The ones I will be answering are: How do our anxious thoughts produce physical symptoms? What is the step by step process for morning anxiety? And, night anxiety and how do you deal with thoughts on death and non existence? Tune in, this is a great episode.
TAPP #146 - Great Knowledge I Learned From Brooks | Pt. 2
On part two of this series, I talk about three more books that have greatly impacted my life. The books are: A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle, The Body Keeps The Score by Bessel Van Der Kolk, and The Brain That Changes Itself by Norman Doidge. I read powerful passages from these great books that I found to be essential knowledge for self development.
TAPP #145 - Great Knowledge I Learned From Books | Pt. 1
On this episode, I talk about books that have greatly influenced my life and growth. I read passages from: Rewire Your Anxious Brain, Letting Go, and 12 Rules For Life. I hope that you find these excerpts to be useful, as I did, when reading these great books.
TAPP #144 - I Think Back On My Anxiety Disorder
On this episode, I talk about about my history with health anxiety and the beginning steps of my recovery. I go over powerful eye-opening moments like my first spiritual awakening, and then talk about how that led me into a more disciplined lifestyle. This is a great episode for when you feel stuck, hopeless, lost, and out of control of yourself and the impulsive habits you do daily.
