The Journey of Self-Discovery, Vitality, and Fitness as a Lifestyle, with Natali Križan Orange Crushing It with Frank Clark

    • Economia

How has your mental and physical health been impacted by the COVID-19 global pandemic?
This year has turned everyone’s world upside down and it can be hard to maintain the health and fitness routines that we once had instilled in our pre-pandemic lives. Among the unpredictable events that 2020 has brought, one thing remains the same: living a balanced and healthy life and being in shape physically, mentally, and emotionally, gets you the focus, strength, and resources to accomplish anything.
In this episode, I am joined by Natali Križan - a Certified fitness and personal trainer with 10 certifications in the fitness industry, including a Master’s certificate as a personal and body weight functional coach. With 20 years of experience in Pilates, yoga, HIIT, body weight, and functional flow modalities, she has trained over 300 clients all over the world, and today, Natali and I talk about her journey into the fitness industry, the importance of ‘why’, and how health and fitness can be balanced within our lives.
Tune in to Episode 30 of Orange Crushing It to be inspired to stop making excuses when it comes to your health!
